Helping Youth Thrive Through an Equity Lens Fact Sheets

The 4-H PLWG, Access, Equity, and Belonging Committee created a series of Fact Sheets to ensure the 4-H Thriving Model is explored and utilized through an equity lens. These sheets help educators understand the social conditions of various youth populations and the competencies required to meet their needs. The sheets provide great ideas for fostering belonging and engagement as well as information on making 4-H relevant to the particular youth population.
